Yes. Every plan starts with a 1-day free trial — you add a card or UPI up front and won't be charged if you cancel before it ends. After that there's no contract on monthly plans, and you can export or delete your data whenever you want.
No. Message content is sent to our AI provider only to draft the reply or answer you asked for, over an API whose data is not used for model training. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Not by default. AI replies wait for you to press Approve & send. The only exception is an auto-reply rule that you deliberately switch on for a specific channel — and you can turn it off at any time.
Yes. Create a workspace, invite teammates by email and give each person a role. Everyone sees the channels they're allowed to, and an activity log records who did what.
